Teresa Sanderson Company, LLC, doing business through CE Sites Made Easy® and providing the Nurse Business Operating System™ ("nBOS™") ("Company," "CE Sites Made Easy," "nBOS," "we," "us," or "our"), respects the privacy of our customers, website visitors, platform users, and others whose information we process.

This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect personal information when you:

* visit our websites;

* create or use an nBOS™ account;

* purchase or use an nBOS™ subscription;

* communicate with us;

* use forms, websites, applications, or services we operate;

* interact with our marketing communications; or

* otherwise use services that link to this Privacy Policy.

Our websites, nBOS™ platform, related domains, subdomains, applications, and online services are collectively referred to in this Privacy Policy as the "Services."

By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

The information we collect depends upon how you interact with us and use the Services.

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide, including:

* mailing or business address;

* subscription information;

* customer service communications;

* support requests;

* survey or feedback responses;

1.3 Billing and Transaction Information

When you purchase an nBOS™ subscription or other service, we may collect information related to your transaction, including:

* billing name and address;

* transaction amount;

* subscription status;

* payment method type;

* transaction date;

* invoice information; and

* payment or transaction identifiers.

Payment card information may be collected and processed directly by third-party payment processors.

We may not directly receive or store complete credit or debit card numbers when payments are processed by a third-party payment provider.

1.4 Client Content and Client Data

nBOS™ allows customers to enter, upload, transmit, process, or store information relating to their businesses and their own customers, students, clients, leads, contacts, or other individuals.

This information may include:

* names;

* email addresses;

* telephone numbers;

* contact information;

* form submissions;

* customer records;

* appointment information;

* course or educational information;

* communications;

* transaction information;

* uploaded documents;

* website content;

* CRM records; and

* other data entered into the Platform by or on behalf of an nBOS™ customer.

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, this information may be referred to as "Client Data."

Our customers are responsible for determining what Client Data they collect through nBOS™ and for ensuring that they have appropriate authority, permissions, notices, and consents to collect and process that information.

1.5 Communications

If you contact us by email, telephone, SMS, forms, chat, client portal, social media, or other communication channels, we may collect:

* your contact information;

* the content of your communication;

* attachments you provide;

* information regarding your request; and

* records of our communications with you.

* developing new features and services;

* maintaining business and transaction records;

* complying with legal obligations;

* enforcing our agreements and Terms of Service;

* protecting our rights, customers, users, or Services; and

* other purposes disclosed at the time information is collected.

3. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

Where permitted by applicable law, we may use contact information to communicate with you regarding:

* other information relating to CE Sites Made Easy® or nBOS™.

* subscription;

4. SMS AND MOBILE INFORMATION

If you provide a mobile telephone number and consent to receive text messages, we may use that number to send communications permitted by your consent and applicable law.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Information may be shared with subcontractors or service providers that assist us in providing communications or support services, including customer service and messaging providers.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with third parties for their independent marketing or promotional purposes.

You may opt out of SMS communications as described in the applicable message or by contacting us.

5. HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION

We do not sell Client Data or confidential business information to unrelated third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

We may disclose information in the circumstances described below.

5.1 Service Providers

We may provide information to vendors, contractors, and service providers that perform services on our behalf.

nBOS™ may permit customers to connect their accounts with Third-Party Services.

If you choose to connect or use a Third-Party Service, information may be transmitted between nBOS™ and that provider as necessary to enable the integration.

Your use of a Third-Party Service is subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices.

We encourage you to review the applicable provider's privacy policy before enabling an integration.

5.3 Affiliates and Related Entities

We may disclose information to entities under common ownership or control with us, including future parent companies, subsidiaries, or affiliates, subject to appropriate privacy and confidentiality obligations.

5.4 Business Transfers

If Company or assets relating to nBOS™ are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Any successor receiving such information will be subject to applicable legal obligations regarding the information transferred.

5.5 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:

* comply with applicable law;

* respond to a subpoena, court order, warrant, or governmental request;

* enforce our Terms of Service or other agreements;

* investigate suspected fraud or unlawful activity;

* protect the security or integrity of nBOS™;

* protect our legal rights; or

* protect the safety, rights, or property of our customers, users, Company, or others.

Where legally permitted and appropriate, we may attempt to notify the affected customer before disclosing Client Data in response to legal process.

5.6 With Your Direction or Consent

We may disclose information when you direct us to do so or otherwise provide appropriate consent.

6. nBOS™ CUSTOMERS AND THEIR END USERS

nBOS™ is used by independent businesses that may collect personal information from their own customers, clients, students, leads, contacts, employees, or other individuals.

When an nBOS™ customer uses the Platform to collect or process information about another person, that customer determines:

* what information is collected;

* why it is collected;

* how it is used;

* how long it is retained;

* who receives it; and

* what communications are sent.

The nBOS™ customer is responsible for providing appropriate privacy notices and obtaining any legally required permissions or consents.

If your personal information was collected by one of our customers through an nBOS™-powered website, form, course, CRM, or other feature, you should generally contact that customer directly regarding questions or requests concerning the customer's use of your information.

We may assist our customers in responding to privacy requests when reasonably necessary and appropriate.

7. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND THIRD-PARTY AI SERVICES

nBOS™ may include or integrate artificial intelligence functionality supplied by us or by Third-Party Services.

Information submitted to an AI-enabled feature may be processed by the applicable technology provider in order to generate requested output.

Customers should not submit confidential, proprietary, regulated, health, financial, or other sensitive information to a third-party artificial intelligence system unless they have independently determined that doing so is appropriate and permitted.

The privacy and data-use practices of third-party artificial intelligence providers may be governed by their own agreements and privacy policies.

8. TESTIMONIALS AND CUSTOMER REVIEWS

We may display testimonials, reviews, or customer feedback when we have appropriate permission to do so.

A testimonial may include information such as:

* customer name;

* business name;

* photograph;

* logo;

* comments;

* results described by the customer; or

* other information voluntarily supplied for testimonial purposes.

If you previously authorized us to use a testimonial and would like us to discontinue future use, contact us using the information provided below.

We will use reasonable efforts to remove the testimonial from materials under our control.

Removal may not affect materials previously distributed or content outside our reasonable control.

9. SURVEYS, PROMOTIONS, AND CONTESTS

From time to time, we may offer surveys, promotions, or contests.

Participation is voluntary.

Information requested may include:

Information voluntarily disclosed in a public area may become publicly available and may be copied, used, or redistributed by others.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information and Client Data under our control.

Safeguards may include measures designed to protect against:

Access to personal information is limited to employees, contractors, and service providers who reasonably require access to perform their responsibilities.

Where appropriate, information transmitted through our Services may be protected through encryption or other security measures.

However, no internet transmission, cloud-based system, electronic storage system, or security measure can guarantee absolute security.

Accordingly, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, security incidents, data loss, or other cybersecurity events will never occur.

13. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

* provide the Services;

* maintain customer accounts;

* fulfill transactions;

* comply with legal obligations;

* maintain business and financial records;

* resolve disputes;

* enforce agreements;

* maintain security; and

* accomplish the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Client Data associated with an nBOS™ subscription may be retained following termination as described in the applicable Terms of Service or other agreement.

Unless a longer period is required or permitted by law, necessary for legitimate business records, contained in routine backups, or reasonably necessary to resolve a dispute, Client Data may generally be retained for up to thirty (30) calendar days following termination of an nBOS™ subscription before deletion.

14. YOUR CHOICES AND REQUESTS

Depending upon applicable law and the nature of your relationship with us, you may request to:

* access certain personal information we maintain about you;

* correct inaccurate personal information;

* update account information;

* request deletion of certain personal information;

* opt out of promotional communications;

* withdraw certain consents;

* request information about our privacy practices; or

* request other rights available under applicable law.

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

Some information may be retained where required or permitted by law, including for:

15. CUSTOMER-CONTROLLED DATA REQUESTS

If you are an individual whose information has been collected by one of our nBOS™ customers, the customer may be primarily responsible for responding to your request.

For example, if you:

* submitted a form on an nBOS™ customer's website;

* enrolled in one of their courses;

* booked an appointment;

* joined their email list;

* purchased their services; or

* otherwise provided information directly to that customer,

you should ordinarily contact the applicable business first.

If appropriate, we may assist the nBOS™ customer with fulfilling a request involving information stored on our Platform.

16. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

nBOS™ is intended for use by businesses and is not directed toward children for purposes of purchasing or administering an nBOS™ subscription.

We do not knowingly permit children to independently purchase or administer an nBOS™ account.

Our customers may use nBOS™ in connection with services that involve minors. In those circumstances, the customer is responsible for determining and complying with applicable laws, parental-consent requirements, privacy obligations, and other requirements governing information about minors.

17. INTERNATIONAL USERS

Our Services are operated by a United States company.

If you access the Services from outside the United States, information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate.

Data-protection laws in those jurisdictions may differ from the laws of your country.

Where required by applicable law, additional data-processing terms or safeguards may apply.

18. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in:

* our Services;

* nBOS™ functionality;

* technology;

* service providers;

* legal requirements;

* data practices; or

* business operations.

When we update this Privacy Policy, we will post the revised version and update the "Last Updated" date.

Material changes may also be communicated through reasonable additional means when appropriate or required by law.

Unless otherwise required by law, an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective when posted or on the effective date stated in the updated policy.
